Updated October 14, 2026. This notice describes the Casino AI website and iOS educational trainer.

Homepage and iOS analytics

On the homepage and in the iOS app, optional first-party analytics is off by default and is sent only after you choose to allow it. The web purchase funnel has separate settings described below. When enabled, we collect page and screen views, button events, onboarding step labels, practice question and answer-action events, practice completion or exit, and fixed error-category labels. Each event includes random installation, session, and funnel identifiers, event time, platform, and consent status. These help us understand where training and navigation can improve. The event records do not include the cards shown, your entered counting value, the specific answer selected, or freeform error text.

We do not collect your name, email, card information, location, advertising identifier, URL query parameters, or device fingerprint through this analytics feature. Your browser and app identifiers are separate and do not establish a cross-device identity or prove an App Store click led to an install.

Your choices

Open Analytics preferences in the website footer, or Analytics consent in the app Settings, to change your choice. Choosing to use the site without analytics stops collection and removes the pending event queue and analytics identifiers from this browser or app. Your consent preference remains so you do not have to choose again.

Storage and retention

Your browser or app stores your consent choice. After consent, the iOS app can retain up to 1,024 pending events and the website up to 1,024 pending events, both for up to seven days, to retry delivery. Identifiers are created only after consent. Previously delivered analytics events are retained for up to 90 days under the configured collector policy.

Hosting and external links

ChatGPT Sites hosts this website and first-party collector on Cloudflare. The hosting service receives ordinary network requests to serve the website and accept consented events. Google Fonts serves the website typography and receives ordinary requests for those font files. Its infrastructure may process network information such as an IP address. This website does not store IP addresses in its analytics event records. App Store or other external links have their own privacy policies.

Optional Meta advertising measurement

When this separate option is available in Analytics preferences, you may opt in to sharing page and download-intent events, a hashed random browser identifier, your IP address and browser user-agent with Meta. Allowing first-party analytics alone does not enable this sharing. Practice answers, cards and counts are not sent to Meta. This server-only measurement has no Meta Pixel, advertising cookies, click identifiers or cross-device matching. Meta processes these events under its own privacy policy.

Pending Meta event payloads are retained for no more than 24 hours and removed after delivery or permanent failure. A separate browser consent record expires after 90 days. Opting out stops future collection and requests cancellation of queued events; events already delivered cannot be recalled. If your browser is offline, it retains the minimal random identifier and opt-out request until the request can be sent. Local training progress is stored separately in this browser and does not synchronize with iOS.

Web onboarding and billing

The CasinoAI purchase funnel saves your quiz choices in your browser to personalize your plan. If you submit your email, the server stores it to bind checkout and provide billing support. Payment card details and Apple Pay or Google Pay authorization are handled directly by Stripe through its hosted payment fields, wallet interface, or hosted Checkout and are not stored by CasinoAI. The server retains provider customer, subscription, invoice and payment references necessary to verify receipts and handle billing.

Connecting an existing web purchase to iOS

If you choose to connect your purchase in the updated iOS app, we associate a random device credential with your verified checkout and subscription references. The app stores that credential in the iOS Keychain and sends it securely to verify current access, including cancellation, expiry, refunds and disputes. The server stores only a hash of the credential. Connection grants expire after five minutes; browser and cross-browser connection requests expire after ten minutes. Device credentials expire after 90 days without a successful active-membership verification, or when revoked. Disconnecting removes the local credential and requests server revocation; it does not cancel your subscription. Purchase connection is required only for recognizing that web membership in the app, is separate from optional analytics, and does not merge your analytics identifiers or synchronize local practice progress.

Firebase and funnel analytics

In the web purchase funnel, analytics is enabled by default for visitors who have not saved a privacy choice. You can turn it off using Privacy choices in the funnel; existing opt-outs are preserved. When funnel analytics is enabled, the onboarding funnel can send sanitized page, quiz-step, answer-action, email-submission, checkout, trial-start and verified-payment events to our dedicated Google Analytics for Firebase property and first-party database. Google events do not contain your email, payment card details, selected quiz answers or checkout tokens. Google Analytics uses browser identifiers and ordinary request information. Standard reports and a private operator report show observed conversion and step coverage. Denied consent, blocked scripts, offline activity and separate devices can leave gaps. Google Analytics retention follows the configured Analytics property settings.

Advertising measurement in the purchase funnel

Advertising measurement in the web purchase funnel is enabled by default for visitors who have not saved a privacy choice. You can turn it off in the funnel’s Privacy choices. A Global Privacy Control signal disables advertising measurement. When enabled, the onboarding funnel can use Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, AppLovin Pixel, and their configured server-side conversion APIs to send page, completed-quiz, email-submission, offer, checkout, verified trial-start and paid-invoice events. Consented matching information can include a hashed email or random session identifier, IP address, browser user-agent, provider browser and click identifiers (including AppLovin aleid, alart, and axwrt), and campaign/ad IDs. We do not send quiz choices to these advertising providers. AppLovin receives page, offer, checkout, and verified positive paid-invoice events; a free trial is not an AppLovin purchase. AppLovin processes this information under its privacy policy. A free trial is not reported as paid revenue. Changing privacy choices in the funnel stops future optional tracking and revokes queued advertising events. Previously delivered provider events cannot be recalled.

These integrations activate only after their owned provider configuration is deployed. The earlier website analytics and the purchase funnel are separate browser contexts. Essential checkout records remain necessary even if optional analytics is declined.

Optional practice reminders

If you enable daily reminders or streak alerts, we store this browser’s push delivery endpoint, reminder preferences, time zone, and last practice date on our server. Reminders are separate from analytics and do not contain your cards or answers. Your browser’s push service receives delivery requests. You can turn reminders off in training Settings; doing so removes the delivery endpoint. Expired subscriptions are removed, and reminders stop when verified training access expires. Practice scores remain saved locally in this browser.
